Each Platter feeds 5-7 people and arrives ready for you to display yourself.

Best enjoyed on the day of delivery/pick-up, the size of the Platter (16 inch x 11 inch) fits perfectly into a standard size fridge, transported in a lidded box.

I recommend that you remove the Platter from the fridge approximately 30 minutes before serving.
